SUPER ZT Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and SUPER ZT, Singapore. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. What we offer

One SUPER ZT account (at app.super-zt.com) opens several apps:

• ZTC AI (AI chat and API)
• Loudform (content and social posting)
• AGI Dash (business dashboards)
• More apps later, such as Studio and AnswerShift.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding contract. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

4. Your account and security

• Give us accurate information.
• Keep your sign-in details, authenticator app and passkeys safe.
• Password accounts must use an authenticator app (MFA).
• Tell us quickly at hello@super-zt.com if you think someone else got in.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Our staff may access your account to fix problems, such as resetting a password, topping up credits or fixing errors. They never spend your credits to create content. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Credits, plans and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. SUPER ZT is not registered for GST, so no GST is added.
• 1,000 credits = US$1.
• Prepaid credit packs never expire.
• Monthly plans give credits that refresh each month. Unused plan credits expire at the end of each month.
• Bonus credits: new accounts can earn bonus credits by completing optional getting-started actions (for example verifying their email or following our channels). Each action can be claimed once per account. The amounts and actions can change or end at any time. Bonus credits expire 90 days after they are granted.
• Credits are not money. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Our payment processor handles payments. We do not store your card number.

Refunds

• Unused purchased credits: refundable on request within 14 days of purchase.
• Plan fees: not refundable once a plan period has started. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
• Bonus credits: never refundable.
• Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right stays.

Founding 100 offer

1. The first 100 accounts that sign up at app.super-zt.com and verify their email address before 31 October 2026, 23:59 Singapore time, are "Founding 100" accounts. Accounts are counted in the order their email address is verified.
2. Each Founding 100 account receives 10,000 credits (US$10 of credits) once, at sign-up: the credits are added when the email address is verified.
3. Founding credits are bonus credits. They are not money, cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, and can be used for SUPER ZT apps only.
4. Founding credits expire 90 days after the day they are added to your account, like our other bonus credits.
5. The founding credits replace any sign-up credit offer that is running at that time; a Founding 100 account does not receive both. The getting-started rewards (credits for completing the listed first steps in our apps) still apply after early access opens.
6. One Founding 100 place per person and per email address. Accounts using disposable or temporary email addresses, duplicate accounts and automated sign-ups are not eligible, and we may withhold or remove founding credits obtained this way.
7. Until early access opens, signing up creates your account, but the apps stay closed. We will email you when early access opens.
8. The number of places left shown on our website is updated regularly and may be a few minutes behind.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• create, upload or share illegal content
• use the services to harm, harass, defraud or mislead others
• abuse AI features, for example to make malware, to deceive people, or to get around safety limits
• resell or share API access without our written permission
• break or probe our security, or overload our systems
• use another person's account
• break the rules of a social network or sign-in provider you connect (such as Google, GitHub, Discord or Telegram)

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the services for you. You confirm you have the right to use it. You are responsible for what you post, including through Loudform.

AI output can be wrong or similar to other output. Check it before you rely on it or publish it.

8. Our service and changes

We may change, add or remove features or apps. We may change prices for future purchases, with notice. We try to keep services running but do not promise they will always be available or error-free.

9. Suspension and ending

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, put others or our systems at risk, or the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

If we end your account for breach, we refund your unused purchased credits, unless the breach involved fraud or abuse of payments.

10. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not give any promise about results, accuracy of AI output, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or business.
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes we will give notice by email or in the app at least 14 days before they apply. If you keep using the services after that, you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. If you have a dispute, please email hello@super-zt.com first so we can try to resolve it.
