Our commitments
These commitments cover dashboards we build and maintain on your servers. Hosted apps are covered by our Terms of Service.
Your data stays on your servers
We build on your own servers and do not host or copy your data unless you ask us to.
Remote access needs your approval
We only connect to your servers with your approval, and you can remove our access at any time.
No shared passwords
Each client has separate credentials, which we keep in a password manager.
Encryption
We use TLS 1.2 or later to encrypt data in transit and encrypt stored data where your platform supports it.
Control who sees what
You decide who in your team can see and change what in your dashboard.
AI and your data
We do not use your content to train AI models. When an app sends your request to an AI model through our AI provider, it is used to answer that request, and we choose settings that send it only to AI providers that do not train on it, wherever that choice exists. AI providers keep their own records. Some keep your prompts for a time, often for safety or legal reasons, and not every provider publishes how long. For example, the provider that makes AI videos keeps video prompts for a period it does not publish. It does not use them for training.
